Teresa Carroll is an influential thought leader for the human capital industry, helping global organizations to see emerging workforce trends and defining new ways of thinking about talent strategy. With more than 25 years of experience as a practitioner in the field, Teresa is equipped with practical, applicable, and real-world knowledge that empowers her to deliver valuable, forward-thinking insights in a captivating and relatable way. She leverages a deep understanding of workforce demographics, psychographics, and technologies with a unique ability to look ahead, propelling both her customers and the global talent industry forward. 

As an executive vice president for Kelly Services, Teresa has played a strategic role in developing some of the company’s best performing products and solutions, resulting in double digit growth for the divisions she’s managed. She was among the first to advocate for a more holistic approach to talent, and continually promotes greater alignment and inclusiveness throughout talent strategy. She played an instrumental and pioneering role in development of the integrated Talent Supply Chain Management (TSCM) model—an approach that has become a cornerstone of many global organizations’ workforce strategies. 

An educator at heart, Teresa is an engaging and impactful speaker, often presenting innovative ideas on how and why today’s talent works alongside strategies for staying at the forefront of the competitive field. She explores a variety of topics related to the future of work and talent supply chain management, including the emerging gig economy and the role of women in leadership. She has led a number of thought leadership sessions at key industry events has been featured in a variety of respected national news and digital media outlets. 

Teresa’s contributions have yielded numerous industry awards. Under her leadership, KellyOCG has been named to the Global Outsourcing 100 Services Providers List by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), in the Leaders category, for six consecutive years, 2012 through 2017. In 2010, she was named to the “Women Worth Watching” List by Profiles in Diversity Magazine and was recognized as a “Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine in 2012. Staffing Industry Analyst named Teresa to its annual Staffing 100 list for four consecutive years, 2014 to 2017, and to its Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing list in 2015 and 2016. 

Prior to joining Kelly, Teresa was a resident/industrial engineer for General Motors Corporation. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the GMI Engineering and Management Institute (now Kettering University) in Michigan. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and the Society of Women Engineers. In addition, she serves on the advisory council of the Workable Futures Initiative at the Institute for the Future.
