As vice president and managing director of KellyOCG, John Drew leads the global strategy and operations for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) practice. With more than 20 years of human capital industry experience, Mr. Drew advises clients on how to achieve accelerated business results through disciplined and proven outsourced workforce models.

Backed by lean thinking and continuous improvement principles, KellyOCG’s suite of BPO solutions range from finance and accounting to contact centers and specialty managed solutions such as legal managed document review. KellyOCG is one of the largest providers of virtual call center agents in the industry today. As such, Mr. Drew has had a key leadership role in designing and delivering customized solutions in the fast growing field of home-based call center agents that deliver flexibility and cost-efficiencies across many industries. 

In his tenure with Kelly Services, Mr. Drew has held progressively responsible management positions, including roles in account management and staffing operations to support the Company’s strategic client portfolio. He joined Kelly Services in 1992 from DTE Energy. Mr. Drew holds a bachelor’s degree from Madonna University and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University.
