Anila is responsible for the overall service delivery of all outsourcing programs in Malaysia and she helps to establish the strategic direction in partnership KellyOCG's Cetnre of Excellence. She leads a team of in-house recruiters servicing multiple customers including call centres, securities and global banking services.
Prior to her current role, Anila garnered five years in MNC Talent Acquisition and Talent Development experience at all levels in HSBC and American Express. She also has an additional two years of Financial Services Management experience with HSBC UK Telebanking Operations.
