Balazs Paroczay is the EMEA Sourcing Lead for KellyOCG. He has been working within the talent sourcing/talent acquisition and human data research areas for more than 7 years. Prior to joining KellyOCG, Balazs worked at MSCI Inc. as an EMEA Resourcing Manager. Earlier in his career, Balazs led several direct and executive search operations.
