C. Shekhar Khanijow (Shekhar) serves as Director and Global Practice Leader, ITO, Business Process Outsourcing. He is responsible for driving transformational change to adapt the development and execution of our BPO IT Domain strategy and tactics. This includes working closely with customers and Kelly stakeholders in global sales pursuits to build out the managed and outsourced solutions P/L. With 17+ years in cross-industry global outsourcing and business-IT consulting, Shekhar’s hands-on experience is complemented by an MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI, and a Graduate Degree in Computer Science Engineering from BIT in India.
