Caitlin Pang is currently a Technical Recruitment consultant in BTI Consultants Malaysia, the Executive Search and Selection division of Kelly Services, a US based NASDAQ listed Fortune 500 company – A Global Leader in HR Solutions. Caitlin is responsible for the Energy and Construction division where she covers mainly oil and gas, petrochemical, power and constructions industries. Caitlin is involved in senior level search assignments, consulting and candidate profiling mainly for technical position and special skilled personnel. She graduated from University of Sheffield with MSc (Res) Chemical Engineering and BEng (Hon) Chemical Engineering with a total of 8 years working experience. Previously she was a Risk and Safety Consultant in one of the world's leading provider of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) consulting services in particular to the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors. With her direct involvement in the oil and gas industries she has many successes in placing highly skilled candidates in the similar industries.
