Early in his career, Mr. Jock worked as a contract chemist, followed by research work in Boron Hydride Chemistry. This experience lead him to the opportunities to practice and consult on chemistry in several different industries as well as leadership roles in managing a diverse group of global professionals. Having managed projects and programs in technical, regulatory and HR environments made it a logical step to move into taking on the leadership role for KellyOCG's BPO practice, where he leads a team that delivers managed solutions that address clients critical business needs.
