Senior Director and Americas Operations Lead, Business Process Outsourcing - Americas
Chuck Wright is the Senior Director and Americas Operations Lead for the Business Process Outsourcing practice of KellyOCG. He joined the organization in 2003 as a Senior Operations Manager supporting the KellyOCG Mail Services business. Under his direction, this segment of business realized thirty percent growth, year over year, for three consecutive years. In 2006 Chuck was promoted to Director of Operations and was responsible for the consolidation of all back office functions under Administrative Services operations. Since January of 2008, Chuck became responsible for all BPO Operations for the Americas.
