Dan is the founder of Stuart Advisory Services Group and a retired Partner of Deloitte Consulting. His consulting focus is in the area of large-scale organizational transformation with emphasis on deployment support. He has worked with such organizations as Southwest Airlines, The Coca-Cola Company, ExxonMobil, Dell Inc., Juniper and Department of the Navy as well as a number of other major organizations in the technology, consumer business, financial and airlines industries.
Dan is the co-author with John Kotter of The Heart of Change (2002), the author of The Field Guide to The Heart of Change (2005) as well as numerous articles on Leadership and Change.
