Jeff Garvin is the Director and Scientific Laboratory Solutions Lead for the Business Process Outsourcing practice of KellyOCG. He has an extensive background in designing and developing managed or outsourced pre-clinical and laboratory solutions. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Wayne State University and has over 15 years of R&D laboratory experience.
