Operations Lead, Kelly Connect
Mr. Christofis is the KellyConnect Operations Lead responsible for the day to day operations of internal and outsourced call center programs in the AMER region. He is a SME in call center and IT Help Desk operations with knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies including Deming, TQM, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, HDI, ITSM, and ITIL. Prior to joining KellyConnect Operations in September 2009 he spent four years in IT as Director of Support for Kelly. While his carreer spans 25 years in the field of IT, he has been responsible for IT Help Desks in one form or another throughtout. Prior to joining Kelly, Mr. Christofis worked for Ford Motor Co. for two years out of college, worked for Carlson Companies as Director of IT for the Mideast U.S. Region from 2000-2006, was at EDS for 12 years as a Systems Engineer and eventually Division Manager. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Oakland University, along with a Green Belt in Six Sigma and certifications in ITIL V2 & V3, and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) Administration, and is also an elected board member of the Great Lakes Local Interest Group for the IT Service Management Forum in the U.S.
