Jennifer Knippenberg possesses over 12 years of direct recruiting/staffing experience with 4 years specializing in project launch and strategic recruitment serving in a variety of roles within the RPO industry and corporate recruiting. Jenn has launched and ensured delivery for numerous RPO Projects and several end-to-end RPO solutions building account guides and recruiter account training for each solution implemented ensuring tribal knowledge transfer from clients to the delivery team. Jenn has also designed a wide variety of solutions and recruiting plans for all business lines (Staffing, RPO and National Accounts) and has successfully implemented the plans upon contract signing. In addition, Jenn has implemented and refined recruiting processes for key accounts such as IBM, Microsoft, Dell and Abbott and has built a virtual recruiting team from 30 team members to over 250 managing internal recruitment team forecasting to ensure there were enough recruiters to meet client needs. Jenn began her recruiting career in the corporate environment (MGM MIRAGE) and later recruited, implemented and managed a variety of accounts in staffing, RPO, Managed Services and National Accounts which has enabled her to build and deliver customized solutions based on individual client needs, understanding all aspects of the business from building solutions to implementation to delivering measurable results. Prior to joining KellyOCG, Jenn’s role encompassed building and driving best practices alongside of corporate culture for recruiting excellence, selecting, negotiating and budgeting for job boards, in addition to owning the vendor relationships. Jenn also implemented, developed and designed recruiter technology along side of Global IT and serve as a SME on any team for North America that touches candidates or recruiters supporting all divisions in Sales Research, New Client Solutions, Certification & Training, Innovation, Strategy and Technology.
