Currently engaged as Senior Director, Global Account Lead for the Contingent Workforce Solutions Team of KellyOCG, Ms. Spicher is responsible for the architecture and solutions design, implementation, delivery, and overall customer satisfaction of Managed Service Provider programs globally. She is a subject matter expert in the MSP space having managed numerous accounts with increasing complexities in geography, spend and worker classification. In addition to this role, Ms. Spicher has served as the Technology Channel Partner liaison, managing relationships with KellyOCG VMS Partners.
Ms. Spicher joined Kelly Services, Outsourcing and Consulting Group in 2009 to help accelerate the company’s growth in strategic accounts. She brings a wealth of experience and demonstrated accomplishments from her 16+ years in the human capital solutions industry. Most recently Ms. Spicher served as Vice President for a national provider of human capital solutions. She has also held positions as Market Director at a national staffing firm and Regional Director for a global provider of contingent workforce solutions.
Ms. Spicher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
