Mahadevan graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Human Resource Management in 1998. He has five years of experience in the Executive Search industry as a Search Consultant, and has served in various Executive Search organizations in the past.
Before moving into Executive Search, Mahadevan spent the first six years of his working career overseas, as a Charitable Funds Manager for a Non-Profit Organization based in Hawaii, USA.
Currently he is performing Senior level searches in BTI Consultants for the services industry.
