Paul established Insight Sourcing Solutions in April 2009 following a successful 24 year career across a number of commercial and operational disciplines within BT Group plc. Paul's CV includes over 13 years buying and global category management experience covering a range of direct and indirect spend areas; he has also performed roles as an internal 'client' of the procurement function and has been responsible for the delivery of many high profile business change programmes, notably in the areas of sales management and customer satisfaction.
