Todd Palmer has worked for Kelly Services in various roles, both in the U.S and EMEA. Today, Todd leads the Center of Excellence for Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO) in EMEA. He is responsible for designing and directing the CWO business plan, brand and image building, and client solutions development for Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG.) Mr. Palmer's experience includes designing, implementing and providing on-going management of one of the first multi-country MSP solutions within EMEA. The experience gained from this project provided a building block of the foundation on which KellyOCG designs its global solutions today.
