Vice President, Global Shared Services - Kelly Services
Kathleen Bienkowski is a senior business executive with over 24 years of experience in the global professional services sector. Kathleen’s key areas of expertise include: talent acquisition, strategic account management, global project management, organizational design, outsourcing and shared services. Kathleen led the design and implementation of Kelly’s shared services model beginning in 2008 and currently, as Vice President, Global Shared Services at Kelly Services since March 2010, she is responsible for the Operations of Kelly Services Shared Services Center which provides a multitude services to Kelly’s operating divisions and headquarters including first-level contact center services, HR-related services including candidate onboarding, screening and candidate sourcing and knowledge-based services including Global Mobility (i.e., international travel support).
Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and has completed coursework for her Masters Degree in I/O Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
