Global RPO is a term used by RPO providers to refer to a recruitment process outsourcing program which is implemented in multiple geographical regions.
The exact meaning of the term Global RPO differs depending on the sophistication and capabilities of the RPO provider.
For other organizations, who do not have the same scope of infrastructure and expertise as KellyOCG, the claim to a global RPO offering is made through alliances with RPO providers in other regions (i.e. a US company aligning with a provider with a European footprint). These types of non-systemic alliances struggle to achieve a truly global RPO potential, however, as they are unable to ensure true process alignment and consistency across borders.
