It all begins with your search for a job opening that really interests you, that matches your skills, your experience and your ambition!
Applying at OCG
Of course you can apply for an open position, but as we’re growing so fast you may even apply if we have not yet published the position you’re looking for! Once you have applied, we will contact you to tell you what to expect.
Phone interview
You have applied for the position and your skills fit the job. The phone interview assesses your technical skills and proficiency to the level of determining whether you should move on to an in-person interview. Typically the phone interview is conducted by someone with in-depth knowledge of the role and lasts about 30 minutes.
Face-to-face interview
Usually you will be interviewed in the country where you live, if possible on-site or in one of our local offices. During the interview we will give you a good overview of the company and the role. We will be focusing on the 3-5 key competencies for that specific role. You will find the competencies in the job opp.
Hiring committee
Virtually every person who interviews at KellyOCG talks to at least 3 interviewers. You will meet the hiring manager and the HR manager. You may be interviewed by another manager as well or you may be meeting the team. Everyone’s opinion counts, ensuring our hiring process is fair while maintaining high standards as we grow. This allows you too to ensure you’re making the right choice!
What happens next
Following your interviews we will decide if you are suitable for the job opening. We take hiring very seriously and like to make consensus-based decisions. However, we also believe we need to move fast, so we strive to finalize the selection process within 10 workdays. And yes, that requires solid planning and some flexibility!
