Allison Kerska

Vice President, Strategic Change Management

Allison Kerska is vice president of Strategic Change Management for Kelly Services, a global workforce solutions company. She is responsible for overseeing Kelly’s strategic initiatives that are focused on the company’s talent base, as well as growth, automation, technology, and emerging technologies.

In addition, she identifies opportunities to implement changes that drive these strategies in a holistic manner across the organization. Ms. Kerska works closely with leaders throughout the organization and utilizes consultants, as well as change management models, as necessary to ensure all changes are integrated in an effective, sustainable manner.

Previously, Ms. Kerska was head of Kelly Services’ Global Implementation Services, where she was responsible for the implementation of all new customer solutions and expansions of existing programs including project management, change management, solution design consultation, communication, technology configuration and data analysis. In her preceding position, she was a vice president of Global Sales, during which time she was recognized for her transformational leadership and outstanding results on several key accounts. Before joining Kelly Services in 2006, Ms. Kerska served as change management consultant at Accenture.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Michigan. She is also a founding member of Leadership in Action, Kelly’s internal business resource group that is dedicated to developing current and future leaders in the global marketplace.
