We want to also reward you (even if you are not a Kelly employee!) for your referrals that are hired into either a flex (temp) or core (regular) role within the KellyOCG RPO team. The following are the payouts based on the level of the role the referral is placed in:

  • Management Roles: $500
  • Experienced Recruiters: $500
  • Recruiting Logistics Specialists: $250
  • Associate Recruiters: $250

Please note that any referrals for temp/contractor/flex roles will have to be for at least 3 months in duration to qualify you for a referral bonus.

Steps to Refer a Candidate

  1. Review our current open RPO positions. **Only RPO positions will pay out these referral bonuses. Please select the job sub category—Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to see a listing of all of our RPO openings. 
  2. If you have a candidate to refer to a specific RPO position, email your referred candidate name, their resume, and the Position Title and Job Number you are submitting them for.
  3. Your referral will be recorded in the system, and if qualified, the prospect/referral will receive an e-mail invitation to apply to the position directly.
