Talent Leadership in Action (TLIA)

February 27, 2019

Talent Leadership in Action (TLIA) is a community of leaders from HR, Procurement, Operations, Finance and General Management who want to be inspired by the ‘art of the possible’ around the workforce management agenda.

An event that started in Europe in 2016 and was brought to APAC with Singapore as its first stop in 2017, TLIA has since garnered a strong following. TLIA events run once per quarter throughout the year and bring together members to discuss hot topics related to talent management. This is an interactive forum, designed to be a welcoming platform for debate along with peer to peer networking.

Our first TLIA event in India will be held on 27 February 2019 at:

Venue: The Oberoi Bengaluru
M G Road, 37-39, MG Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India
Time:   7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Making brave decisions in talent management

All business leaders in all industries around the world are being increasingly challenged to be different, more strategic, think outside the box and be more holistic, adopting a total talent approach when it comes to talent management. Added to this, every organisation has competing challenges and priorities. Figuring out how and when to adopt the right talent management strategies for your business can be both confusing and time and resource intensive. Our TLIA event on the 27th February will focus on equipping you with the knowledge and practical case studies you need to:

  • Gain insight into the talent management strategies your leaders are being encouraged to adopt to drive business goals and ensure they have the talent they require at the point of need to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Understand when is the right time to build capability in-house.
  • Recognise key factors for program improvement.
  • Be brave enough to accept when it’s time to change course and deploy a different tactic.

We have an exciting line up of speakers from world class organisations who will share their most recent brave decisions relating to talent management and describe how addressing them has allowed them to move further towards achieving their business goals.
