We are excited to have been recently recognized by The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) as a 2017 Global Outsourcing 100® for distinguished excellence in full spectrum outsourcing services. This is the sixth consecutive year that  IAOP® has acknowledged KellyOCG as a Top Company on their list, naming us a “Super Star” for sustained leadership as an outsourcing service provider.

Recognition on the IAOP® Global Outsourcing 100 list is one of two particular distinctions KellyOCG has been awarded in the last two months that we believe speak directly to our total breadth and capabilities as a preferred global talent management solutions provider.

In its 12th year, IAOP®, an association of 120,000 members and affiliates worldwide, highlighted the world’s best outsourcing service providers, acknowledging KellyOCG in four categories: Customer References, Awards & Certifications and most notably, Programs for Innovation and Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility.

Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility

Sustaining a diverse employment population is an intrinsic value of ours that propels us to engage with and be an advocate for a broad spectrum of communities. Our CSR efforts put a strong emphasis on proactively investing in our future leaders, which translates into building cloud-based solutions for veterans to find jobs, training talent with evolving workforce development programs, facilitating policy forums in DC to address the social contract for gig economy workers and much more.

It is our responsibility to connect people with employment opportunities so that they can make a difference in the communities in which we all live and work, which includes ensuring the protection of human rights and investing in state-of-the-art technology solutions that allow us to track crisis events that affect our people and resources.

Kelly Employees Volunteering

We exercise a conscious commitment to engage with workforce suppliers, partners and clients that hold themselves to the same high standards of ethics and socially responsible business practices as ours. You can find KellyOCG employees around the world participating in customer-driven community engagement activities such as bringing medical treatments to people in rural areas and helping to host local food and blood drives, amongst countless other programs.

(Customer) Programs for Innovation

The other IAOP® list category where KellyOCG has repeatedly excelled is in programs for innovation. Our chatbot technology solution for a better candidate experience is a great example of a leading-edge program that produces a new form of value for our customers.

Today’s talent approaches their job search with a consumer mentality. In a recent, co-hosted webinar with Phenom People, Senior Director of the RPO Center of Excellence at KellyOCG, Tim Pröhm, uses a pizza delivery analogy to explain a huge missed opportunity in talent acquisition. “I can order a pizza on my phone, get real-time updates on the process, and prepare for when, exactly, it’ll be delivered to my house. There’s nothing like that for the candidate experience.”

We’re far from an Amazon experience, but that’s where chatbot technology can be a game-changer. “Technology doesn’t stop when the candidate applies. Chatbot technology can automate workflow while delivering a human-like experience,” Pröhm says.

KellyOCG is leveraging chatbot technology as one of many consumer-driven solutions that helps forward-thinking employers build a candidate experience that truly resonates with the talent they want to hire.
