Laura builds and executes the global people strategy for KellyOCG®, collaborating with leaders and colleagues across the organization to develop processes and initiatives that support the company’s business goals. Laura also advises global KellyOCG clients on talent acquisition and HR challenges. She leads with a people-first approach and always finds innovative ways to foster employee development and attract the best talent.
Laura worked for John Deere for 17 years in a variety of senior talent roles, including leading Talent Acquisition for North America. Her Kelly® career began in Managed Service Provider (MSP) product management and development and she held a senior global operations position before becoming the Strategic People Partner for KellyOCG.
Seeing people as individuals is one of Laura’s core values. She works with stakeholders and managers to help them build real connections with people and candidates and assist with personalized ways of working. She is passionate about hiring and retaining diverse talent, believing teams are stronger by actively welcoming diverse thoughts and experiences.
