Tim Dupree is vice president and managing director of Global Service at Kelly Services. Kelly is a global provider of workforce solutions, always thinking about what's next in the story of work, connecting talented people to companies in need of their skills and designing talent strategies that help businesses embrace the value of all workers and workstyles.
In his current position, Tim leads Kelly's Enterprise Change Management function, Global Professional Services Organization, Business Process Enablement, Business Value Office, Corporate Sustainability and Automation Enablement groups.
With his vast knowledge of and experience in operations, sales, and design, Tim is responsible for leading Kelly's worldwide service delivery processes, including the design and implementation of Kelly's solutions. In addition, he is responsible for driving enterprise enablement across all business functions globally, creating effective processes and delivery models while growing profitable solutions for Kelly's clients. Additionally, Tim is responsible for leading key strategic priorities from the Office of the President.
Prior to this role, Tim was vice president and group leader of Global Solutions Design at KellyOCG, where he led a global team of architect leaders tasked with creating innovative talent solutions across the entire talent supply chain spectrum. In his earlier role as vice president of Global Talent Supply Chain Management for Kelly, he provided thought leadership, strategy, and best practices regarding integrated workforce solutions for the company's larger accounts. During his career, Tim has continued to make breakthrough contributions to Kelly Services' innovative thought leadership, workforce, and process solutions.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from Gardner-Webb University. In addition, he completed the International Business Studies Program at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland. His certifications include Human Capital Strategist and Strategic Workforce Planning, and he is the author of the white paper, "Journey to Talent Supply Chain Management." In 2014, he was one of a select group of professionals featured on the Supply & Demand Chain Executive "Pros to Know" list.
