Tim Dupree is senior vice president and chief growth officer (CGO) for Kelly®, a global leader in providing workforce solutions. With his vast knowledge of, and experience in, operations, sales, and design, Tim is responsible for leading the charge for all aspects of enhancing and executing Kelly’s long-term growth strategy; facilitating growth-focused collaboration across the company; and developing metrics and accountability mechanisms to ensure Kelly’s teams prioritize and deliver growth mandates and expectations. He reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Quigley.

Tim works closely with Kelly business leaders in accelerating the company’s transition to a specialty talent organization. He oversees the company’s overall growth playbook and the resulting dashboard to track and report progress. Tim’s deep experience in growing the Kelly brand has resulted in driving collaborative results across the organization and implementing solutions that expand and deepen customer and partner relationships while delivering growth.

Tim joined Kelly in 2000 in an Operations role in North Carolina. Throughout his tenure with the company he held positions of increasing responsibility with the Global Solutions and Corporate Accounts teams. His most recent position was senior vice president for Kelly’s Global Service organization, where he was responsible for leading Kelly’s worldwide service delivery process. Before that, Tim was vice president and group leader of Global Solutions Design for Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG). During his career, he has continued to make breakthrough contributions to Kelly’s innovative thought leadership, workforce, and process solutions.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. In addition, he completed the International Business Studies Program at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland. His certifications include Human Capital Strategist and Strategic Workforce Planning, and he is the author of “Journey to Talent Supply Chain Management.” He’s been featured as one of a select group of professionals featured on the Supply & Demand Chain Executive “Pros to Know” list.
