KellyOCG Australia is a Great Workplace focused on employee wellbeing

It’s no secret that employees are a company’s most valuable resource and can give an employer a competitive advantage. That’s why KellyOCG Australia makes employee care a top priority and has earned a great workplace 2021 re-certification from global research and consulting company Great Place to Work®. This is the team’s third consecutive recognition.
"Employee wellbeing and engagement have always been a priority for our organisation but supporting our people through the pandemic is essential and the right thing to do,” said Pete Hamilton, vice president and regional director, APAC KellyOCG. “We’ve built an environment where our team thrives and can be their best every day. Their input will help us evolve our efforts so teams stay engaged and healthy long-term, and we can build the future of KellyOCG together.”
Before the pandemic, a third-party platform was introduced for employees needing assistance with work or mental wellness, showing KellyOCG’s commitment to staff wellness. Despite transitioning to a fully remote work environment during the pandemic, the group’s morale and spirits remained high, evident from the above average results garnered. To achieve this certification, employees had to complete a survey, achieving more than a 90 percent participation rate.
KellyOCG Australia will remain focused on being a great workplace where employees are valued and their wellbeing is prioritised. This allows the team to retain and attract workers while providing superior customer service. KellyOCG India and Malaysia also earned great workplace certifications in 2021.
