Jacqui Whyatt is the Vice President & Group Sales Lead for KellyOCG in EMEA, a business of Kelly, where she is responsible for the sales and business development function. Based in France, she drives the development and growth of KellyOCG linking orgnanisations’ total talent management requirements with KellyOCG workforce management solutions.
Before joining the team in 2016 as the director of contingent workforce outsourcing, Jacqui held several management positions focused on executive search and recruitment in numerous regions supporting various industries.
She is a dynamic leader known for her positive outlook and integrity. With more than 25 years of experience in the staffing and outsourcing industry across APAC and EMEA, Jacqui’s diverse global expertise in contingent workforce management and strategic workforce planning gives her acute insight into how to strategically navigate complex legislative landscapes in foreign countries and take an innovative approach to workforce management.
Jacqui has been instrumental in developing the KellyOCG TLIA (Talent Leadership in Action) forum, regularly hosting roundtables and thought leadership panels with industry professionals. Considered a thought leader, Jacqui empowers organisations to create a clear vision for their total talent management capitalising on the changing world of work. She was recognized on Staffing Industry Analysts’® “Staffing 100 Europe” and "Global Power 150" Women in Staffing lists in 2022.
Passionate about developing our next generation of talent, she is an active coach and judge of Enactus group coaching university students. She was also a former board representative of APSCO Asia and formerly a Board Director for the Kick Sarcoma Foundation in Singapore raising money for cancer charities, a topic close to her heart as a cancer survivor. An avid cylist, Jacqui’s most recent achievement was cycling through France to raise money for her local cancer charity clocking up 750 kilometres in one week.
