Marius G. Smørvik

Marius G. Smørvik leads the global Privacy and Supply Chain Legal Services workstream, overseeing supply chain contracting and compliance, labor law compliance, privacy, and labor categorization across the Kelly enterprise. Marius partners with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver industry-leading, innovative, and legally compliant supply chains and solutions to KellyOCG customers worldwide.

Since starting his tenure as a Kelly temp in 2014, Marius has consistently risen through the ranks and has held a variety of both global and EMEA-based roles within Kelly, including operational MSP, supply chain management, and consulting roles. Through his breadth of experience, innovation focus, and long-term mindset, Marius has been able to drive strategic initiatives that enable KellyOCG to deliver cutting edge talent capital solutions in an increasingly complex global landscape while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk. Today, Marius leads a global team of talented senior legal and compliance professionals and is passionate about progressive talent management, leadership, industry thought leadership, and the future of work. 

Marius is a Master of Laws graduate, a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP SOW Expert), and a Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) with more than 12 years of industry, leadership, consulting, and legal experience. Marius is also the GDPR Business Owner for the Kelly enterprise and the Managing Director of KellyOCG Sweden.
