Meg is the Director Solutions Architect at KellyOCG, Australia, and helps organisations align their talent strategy with their business strategy and designs innovative workforce solutions aimed at integrating and fully leveraging talent. As KellyOCG’s change management subject matter expert, she also consults and supports complex client transformations.
Meg brings over 20 years of human capital consulting experience, having worked at the forefront of the HR and workforce outsourcing industry in the Asia Pacific. Over the years, she has successfully designed and implemented over 20 Talent Acquisition Centres of Excellence for clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific, and established and led in-house talent advisory services for a global diversified technology company in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
Holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Adult Education (Training & Development) and Advanced Certificate in Organisational Analysis, Meg is also a certified Change Practitioner (Prosci) and Strategic Workforce Planner (HCI). Her specialties include Talent Strategy Development, Workforce solution design, Change Management and Human Resources Consulting.
