Now, we’re taking that conversation further, looking beyond AI as a technology to consider how it fits into the broader mix of people, talent, and automation.
At our next TLIA event we’re bringing together senior procurement, HR, and TA leaders to exchange ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and explore what’s next for talent and workforce strategy.
As the ways work can be performed continue to expand, traditional approaches need to evolve with them. Together, we’ll explore how organisations are rethinking workforce composition, how and where work is sourced and delivered, and how they balance talent needs, external partnerships, flexibility, cost, and risk.
