The challenge: MSP with an outstanding user experience needed.
The client needed a first-generation MSP that would provide an outstanding global user experience, compliance, visibility, and benchmarking. The request was driven by a corporate integrity initiative requiring all departments to ensure compliance.
KellyOCG was selected based on our ability to transform the model into a world-class program with a heavy European concentration. Our global footprint, ability to drive compliance, experience, data & analytics, and partnership mindset were all listed as reasons for the award. The model and roadmap incorporated every element of third-party labor.
The solution: A one-year, multi-phase global implementation.
- Along with the client, KellyOCG designed a multi-phased, 12-month global implementation. Phase 1 included the US, Canada, and Ireland; phase 2 the UK and NL; and Phase 3 covered the rest of world for all labor types. The project plan also included a comprehensive change management plan. SAP Fieldglass VMS was utilized.
- We developed an acquisition integration playbook to incorporate new acquisitions under the program model. This included several integrations over the program term.
- Strategic benchmarking of rates and performance against similar industry clients through our proprietary Kelly Helix UX portal drove cost savings.
- We have an annual commitment of at least seven innovation proposals with a heavy focus on diversity, talent, and suppliers.
The value: Goals exceeded and the project extended.
