Keilon Ratliff leads at the intersection of strategy, inclusion, and enterprise growth. As President of Staffing, BPO & RPO Solutions, Keilon is responsible for Kelly’s largest and most complex client partnerships – multi-region accounts that demand high-level coordination, long-term vision and operational results.

With more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, a passion for breaking hiring barriers for underemployed talent groups, and a track record of success with clients and job seekers, Keilon brings together teams, systems, and strategies to deliver impactful workforce solutions. His approach to leadership is simple: stay close to the people doing the work, challenge the assumptions that hold them back, and build partnerships that attract overlooked talent.

During his career at Kelly, Keilon has done exactly that. He helped develop and scaled the company’s Equity@Work initiative, which removes outdated hiring practices that disproportionately impact underrepresented job seekers; and he was in instrumental in launching Kelly 33, a program that connects companies with qualified candidates who were previously incarcerated; and he has led the automotive, energy and finance business at Kelly, where he was responsible for driving growth and profitability within these industries in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Previously, Keilon has also served as vice president of operations at KellyOCG, the outsourcing and consulting business of Kelly, where he was responsible for operational delivery within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Prior to that he was an operations leader in the Strategic Accounts and Operations Group at Kelly.

Keilon is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a bachelor’s in psychology and human resources and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University. He serves on the advisory council for the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice (RBIJ) and was named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ List of DEI Influencers in 2021 and 2023. He lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and two sons.
