Building a Global Program Office for External Workforce is about connecting our external workforce capability to our wider workforce for tomorrow’s world. The office will focus on accelerating our external workforce multi-country sourcing, building in the skills of the future through our supplier partnerships whilst setting out the long-term strategic roadmap enabled by data-led decision-making.
