With more than 30 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition and workforce solutions, Paul Harty has built and led high-performing teams that help global organizations address complex hiring and workforce challenges. Throughout his career, he has specialized in enterprise sales, strategic growth, and the design of innovative recruitment and talent solutions for many of the world’s largest employers.

Previously, Paul served as chief solutions officer and president of Sevenstep®, where he helped drive the company’s growth, innovation, and reputation as a leading global RPO provider before its integration with KellyOCG®. Today, he leads global RPO solutions at KellyOCG, partnering with multinational organizations to develop scalable, data-driven talent strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Beyond his professional career, Paul is honored to serve as president of the board of directors for MitoAction, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting patients and families affected by mitochondrial disease. In this role, he combines his passion for leadership with a deeply personal commitment to advocacy and service.
