Sally is a Group Lead within the Global Project Management Office, responsible for leading a team of Project Managers within EMEA and AMER. This role involves:

• Implementation of multi region, multi solution programs including:
  • KellyOCG managed MSP
  • Self-managed MSP
  • Business process outsourcing
  • Master vendor with technology
  • Services procurement
  • PMO
  • Consulting services
  • Product development
• Oversight of client implementations ensuring solutions are delivered in line with expectations
• Support with management of risks and issues related to specific projects
• Point of escalation for project team members as needed
• Provide senior level sponsorship for client implementations
• Develop and maintain performance standards across the group
• Decision maker for project change requests and tollgates

Sally started her career with Kelly in an operational role and joined the implementation team in 2006; she has been a group lead since 2017.
