Jennifer is a global vice president and Vantage Lead for KellyOCG®, partnering with industry-leading clients across every aspect of workforce strategy, from forecasting future workforce needs to growing program maturity and helping leaders stay ahead of the latest trends and technology.
Throughout her Kelly® career that spans more than two decades, Jennifer has held several influential senior leadership roles, notably as vice president and vertical lead for Life Sciences, and Industrial & Manufacturing in Kelly’s staffing business unit, as well as vice president for Talent Supply Chain, and vice president and territory manager for Philadelphia.
Jennifer began her career as a recruiter, which gave her a deep understanding of client goals and workers’ needs. She has played an integral part in bringing key Kelly initiatives to life, including the creation of a concierge delivery model that combines technology with human expertise to support worker classification, talent supply chain optimization, and supplier performance.
A thoughtful leader, Jennifer loves to work with large, complex accounts, immersing herself in the organization’s culture to help leaders push the envelope on workforce delivery models, maximizing the talent they draw into their company. She is a natural problem solver, who assesses workforce challenges to create strategic and repeatable solutions.
Jennifer is passionate about developing future leaders and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience while helping others to grow their abilities. She leads with honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm and encourages her global team to embody these values to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
She attended Penn State University. Outside of work, you can find Jennifer outdoors with her husband and miniature dachshund. An avid cyclist, runner, and hiker, she bravely plans to summit Mount Rainer.
