Pam Sands is Vice President in our Chief Diversity Office within Kelly, a global leader in workforce management solutions. Pam oversees partnership strategy and solution design and execution. Previously, as Vice President of Supplier Strategy and Engagement, Pam led a global team of supplier management professionals responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the strategy and development of suppliers and strategic partners across the globe. Respected as a credible voice in workforce solutions, Pam is grounded in industry acumen and executes through sound strategy development. She is an inspirational leader that motivates action with a well-articulated vision while helping others extend their thinking to drive material business advantage.

Pam holds an BA in Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University. She is a life-long learner, enhancing her experience in human capital management and strategic workforce solutions with continual research and training. She is a certified SWP (Strategic Workforce Planner), CWDP (Certified Workforce Development Professional) and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) practitioner.

A passionate advocate for social impact, local and global workforce development and decent work strategies. She is a board member of the World Employment Confederation, Brussels, Belgium and is also aligned with public workforce boards at the local, state, and national levels in the United States. Pam is a member of the United Nations Association in Broward County Florida where she resides, a mentor with Global Mentorship Initiative and serves on the Social Impact Council for the International Association of Outsourced Professionals (IAOP).
