This new report, developed with HRO Today, examines how talent acquisition (TA) teams are applying AI across recruiting. Based on input from TA leaders, it explores current use, impact areas, and expectations for future growth. Report highlights:
- AI use is widespread (87%) though only 3% use it extensively.
- Candidate sourcing (54%) is the primary AI use, while interview analysis (88%), performance metrics (70%), and workforce planning (69%) show the greatest improvements.
- 92% of leaders anticipate increased AI use in the next two years.
- Top TA challenges remain quality of hire (70%), time and cost to secure talent (64%), and skills availability (57%).
