KellyOCG Australia Certified as a Great Workplace in 2020!
KellyOCG Australia has been certified as a great workplace by global research and consulting company Great Place to Work® in 2020. This is the second year in a row the team has earned this recognition.
"We were contemplating if we should go ahead with the vigorous certification process under the current COVID-19 pandemic. What is certain in times of crisis such as these, collaboration and working together becomes even more important," said Pete Hamilton, VP and regional director, APAC KellyOCG. "Though the way we work and how we collaborate may have changed significantly, the company’s culture and values have not, and we believed that will show in the survey’s findings. So, we are extremely proud that it did, and to be recertified again this year"
To achieve this certification, the KellyOCG team had to complete an employee survey, achieving more than 95% participation rate and answering more than 200 questions for the cultural audit. 2020 results. With the employee survey, we have shown improvement in all areas from last year which is evident that the initiatives put in place from last year’s survey, have a positive effect on the working environment and culture.
We strongly believe, a great workplace creates a positive, safe and healthy working environment, especially important during the current pandemic. We will continue to work as a team to support our staff, talent and clients to get through this together.
Besides Australia, KellyOCG India was recognised for the first time as a great workplace by Great Place to Work® in January.
