KellyOCG Australia has been certified as a "Great Place to Work Australia" by global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work.
KellyOCG Australia has been certified as a "Great Place to Work Australia" by global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work. "The APAC leadership team has an objective to ‘Build the future together and to be an awesome place to work', and one of our measures to achieving this objective is external benchmarking," said Pete Hamilton, VP and regional director, APAC OCG. "This recognition is testament to the time we have focused on our workplace culture; it's not a culture based on flashy benefits, but on genuine employee engagement and treating people as individuals."
To achieve this certification, the KellyOCG team had to complete an employee survey, achieving a 90% participation rate and answer more than 200 questions for the cultural audit. "This is only the start of our journey to transform and be an even better place where we can build the future together" said Pete.
