KellyOCG India Celebrates Second Great Workplace Certification
KellyOCG India has been re-certified as a great workplace for 2021 by the Great Place to Work® Institute, a global research and consulting company. This is the team’s second consecutive year to earn the recognition improving its previous scores in all categories.
“The global pandemic brought about many changes to the way KellyOCG India works, including a rapid transition to a fully remote work environment for all team members. Despite this shift, leadership continued to prioritise employee engagement and keeping the team’s morale and spirits high,” said Francis Padamadan, senior director, Asia Pacific, RPO & BPS practice, KellyOCG.”
KellyOCG India increased its scores on average five points across the five dimensions of the Great Place to Work® Trust Index – management credibility, respect for people, workplace fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
Each year, more than 1,000 organisations apply for the certification, which includes a two-part assessment. The first is an anonymous employee survey known as the Trust Index© that measures the quality of the employee experience. A second assessment, a Culture Audit©, evaluates the quality of an organisation’s people practices over the entire employee life cycle.
