KellyOCG India Shines as a Best Workplaces for Women Honoree

 For many organizations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is nothing more than a ‘check the box’ exercise. At KellyOCG India, DEI is a crucial pillar that is helping them transform their workplace culture to drive purpose and performance, and it shows. Based on positive employee feedback, KellyOCG India was named one of India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2022 by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

KellyOCG India increased its scores on average four points across the five dimensions of the Great Place to Work® Trust Index – management credibility, respect for people, workplace fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Additional eligibility was applied to the 1,100 organizations that were evaluated. Organizations must have a workforce that is comprised of at least 10 percent female employees and female respondents must have shared at least 70 percent positive feedback on the Trust Index assessment – the framework used to measure the employee experience.
